Meet Amy
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Amy,
My professional journey has included military service, social work, reentry services, group facilitation, and school-based counseling. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, veterans, families, and justice-involved individuals navigating a wide range of challenges and life transitions.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while we work together toward meaningful change.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including, but not limited to, CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, strength-based approaches, mindfulness, play and art-based interventions, and solution focused therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique strengths, experiences, needs, and goals.
Most importantly, I believe healing happens through trust, collaboration, and authentic connection. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to do it alone.
